Executive Search
Executive searches are performed on a contingency or retained basis. The following is a brief description of how the Tennison Group performs executive searches:

  • Client interview - We conduct an in-depth interview with our client to get a full understanding of the company's business, culture, strategic plan and the positions available.
  • Sourcing - We actively source candidates for the position available with our client. We qualify all candidates sourced and present those that best meet the requirements of the position and fit the client's culture.
  • Interview Process - We set up interviews between the client and candidate. After the interviews have taken place, we follow up with both parties in a timely manner and determine which candidates will continue in the interview process.
  • Reference checks/Background checks - Confidential reference checks are performed and a summary is presented to the client. Background checks are performed at the client's request.
  • Offer - We partner with the client to develop and present an offer to the candidate. At the time of acceptance we will coordinate a start date. We assist both the client and candidate with logistics.
  • Follow up - One of our search consultants will follow up with the client and candidate at date of hire and between 30-90 days. We will continue to follow up with both parties during the employee's tenure at the company.

The Tennison Group provides clients with experienced consultants for short or long-term projects. Our consultants are available to work as part of the client's staff or as a specialist. Each of our project teams report directly to a client contact.
We maintain a network of qualified consultants that are available for projects of any duration.
